Hypno-Transformation Script: Become a Tree

Transform your subject into a majestic tree with this hypno-transformation script. Use it to hypnotically connect them to the core of the Earth and the energy from the Sun, building a perfect state for deep meditation.

This script has been designed to help your subjects meditate from a place of deep connection with the Earth, the Sun and nature itself.

As with all of my hypno-transformation scripts, read the instructions before you begin.

For this script, have your subject lie down somewhere comfortable. It will work just as well if they are sitting, but you will need to modify the wording slightly.

Also, this hypno-transformation script moves the subject from being physically located inside a room to being a tree. This means that for best results, they will need to be somewhere inside.

You can listen to me reading this script over on youtube, complete with river rapids and some cicadas for ambiance.

Triggers installed by this script are TREE MODE NOW, which sends them into hypnosis and turns them into a tree, and TREE MODE OFF, which brings them out of hypnosis and reverts them to their human form.

As always, remember to hypnotize yourself first, read the script to your hypnosis subject, and then continue on with the instructions at the end.

Become a tree hypno-transformation script

Okay. Lie yourself down comfortably.

Stretch out those arms and those legs, allowing them to settle right back down into just the right spot.

Because when you move in just the right way, it’s easy to become.

Totally comfortable.

In every way.

And you don’t have to pay attention to the sensations in the toes on your right foot.

Because when you really pay attention.

And go deep down inside.

You might begin to notice that each toe is a slightly different temperature.

And you can go deeper.

And begin to notice that it goes further.

Each toe has many slightly different temperatures.

Going beyond.

You might find it easier to pay attention only to the tensions and pressures in each toe.

Locations and positions.

As you curl those toes on that right foot tightly.

Holding them as tight as you can for a moment while noticing every sensation around that.

Noticing how the temperatures and tensions and pressures all shift and move as you move those toes on that right foot.

Holding for a moment more.

Paying attention to every detail.

Going deep down inside.

And you can allow those toes to relax now.

And that sensation can begin to spread.

Wriggle those toes on that right foot by the smallest amount possible.

Placing all of your attention on how little you can move those toes right now.

Half as much.

And half as much again.

Slowing right down.

Until those toes are moving so slowly that you can’t move them at all.

They’re stuck.

Now, not yet, but in a moment, you will feel that sensation begin to spread.

Through that right foot.

Up that leg.

And when you shift your attention to that left foot, you might notice that it feels heavy.

The toes on that left foot might feel so comfortable that you just don’t want to move them.

And that sensation can begin to spread.

Noticing all the sensations now.

Right foot.

Left foot.

Heavy.

Spreading.

All the way.

And you know that you could move those legs if you really wanted to.

Or you could allow both legs to become comfortably numb.

So heavy.

No reason to move them.

And that sensation continues to spread further up your body.

It’s a curious sensation.

Feeling every piece of your body going heavy and numb.

One by one.

Just like that.

Breathing.

Calm.

Peaceful.

Relaxed.

And noticing that sensation spreading to those arms now.

You can try to move those fingers on that left hand.

Paying attention to the temperatures and pressures there.

Moving those fingers by the smallest amount possible.

So heavy.

And stuck.

It feels good being comfortably numb like this.

Heavy and relaxed.

As you sink all the way down into a blissful, comfortable place of total relaxation.

Going deeper.

Now, allow your attention to move outwards to the things around you.

Feeling the walls with your mind.

And looking into the room from all of those walls.

Sensing everything that’s in that room.

Allowing your attention to focus on each thing within that room, one by one.

And briefly going inside each thing.

Now I don’t know what your mind will rest on first.

Maybe there’s a chair, or a table, or a bed.

Allow your mind to briefly rest on each thing within that room and get a sense of what that’s like.

Going inside.

One by one.

[Pause for a few seconds to give them time to move their attention around a bit.]

And then allowing your attention to move further outside.

Out past the walls.

Beyond the rest of the building.

All the way to the outside.

And you know what that’s like, going outside.

There are many trees outside.

And somewhere outside there’s a tree.

The right tree for you.

You’ll know it when you find it, because it will stand out in some way.

Allow your mind to reach out further until it finds your tree.

It could be standing by itself in a city, or in a field.

Or it could be buried deep in a forest.

Wherever it is, allow your attention to explore until you find your tree.

You’ll know it when you find your tree, because it will stand out in some way.

Maybe it will shimmer.

It could be that it radiates some kind of aura.

It might even be that when you find it, you just know.

Whatever it is, take a few moments to find your tree.

And I’ll be silent for a moment while you do that. 

When you find your tree, nod gently to let me know.

[Wait for them to nod gently. If they don’t find their tree within 30 seconds or so, prompt them further by riffing around the idea that they will find their tree.]

Wonderful.

Now, take a few moments more to bask in your tree.

Noticing how the sunlight falls on its leaves, and how the roots dig down deep into the ground.

Place a hand on your tree, and feel the energy flowing and pulsating through it.

There’s a sense of timelessness.

And it feels totally right.

Notice the calm, peaceful tranquility.

Take a few moments to really take all of that in.

Breathing the clear air around those leaves.

Brand new oxygen.

And then allow yourself to drift into that tree.

Rotating your reality ever so slightly.

As you move inside.

Arms transforming into all those branches covered in leaves.

Soaking up the sun.

Legs reaching deep down into the ground.

Feeling the energy flowing through you.

Feel the sun on your leaves.

Supplying you with unlimited energy to do with as you please.

Feel the sturdy robustness of the trunk.

Enduring.

Empowering.

Floating.

And feel those roots reaching all the way down.

Deep deep down.

Further than you’ve ever been before.

Down through the topsoil.

Soaking up nutrients.

Reaching all the way down to the bedrock.

And finding a way through.

Going deeper.

Breaking through the core of the Earth.

All the way down through the magma and beyond.

Until you reach the molten core.

Pulsating with near unlimited energy.

Grounding.

And allow those roots to intertwine with that molten core.

Feeding off it.

Growing stronger.

And deeper.

And feeling that energy beginning to flow all the way up your roots.

Pulsating in exactly the right way.

Limitless.

Flowing through every part of you.

All the way up your roots, through your trunk, out through your branches to every leaf.

Basking in the sunlight.

Glowing.

And feeling that energy from the sun flowing into you too.

Combining with the energy from the Earth.

Powerful.

Limitless.

Stable.

Grounded.

Peaceful.

And feeling all of that.

Flowing through every part of you now.

Perhaps you can feel the gentle breeze, rustling your leaves in the wind.

As all of that limitless energy from the Earth and the Sun flows through you.

Empowering you.

Growing stronger.

And ever deeper.

Feeling that limitless energy from the Earth and the Sun flowing through you, reach out further and feel all the other trees and plants around you.

One unconscious.

Reaching out all around the world.

So you can be just one tree.

And you’re connected to every tree and every plant.

All of nature.

Feel the energy of all of that.

The Sun.

The Earth.

All of nature.

Flowing through you.

And take a few moments to really allow yourself to experience all of that fully.

[Wait a few seconds while they bask.]

And know that you can come back to this place any time you choose now.

You know exactly what it’s like.

Feeling all of that energy from the Sun and from the Earth and from all of nature.

Flowing through every part of you.

Stable.

Enduring.

Limitless.

Connected.

And from now on, every time you hear me say the phrase TREE MODE NOW, you will immediately return to this state, twice as deep as ever before, only when it is safe and appropriate for you to do so.

When you are a tree, you are connected to the molten core of the Earth and to the energy radiating from the Sun. Limitless energy to do with as you please.

And when you are a tree, you are connected to everything in nature.

Timeless.

While feeling totally calm, peaceful and relaxed.

You can meditate like this for as long as you choose.

And the phrase TREE MODE NOW will always bring you back to this state now, twice as deep as ever before, feeling the energy from the Earth and the energy from the Sun flowing through you.

Empowering you.

Growing.

Peaceful and connected to everything.

Deep deep down inside.

Feeling those roots connected to the molten core of the Earth.

It’s energy flowing into every part of you.

And the radiant energy from the Sun flowing in from your leaves.

Combining with the energy from the Earth and from all of nature.

Stable.

Solid.

Enduring.

Calm and peaceful.

Hearing me say the phrase TREE MODE NOW will always bring you back here, twice as deep as ever before, only when it is safe and appropriate for you to become that tree.

From now on, every time you hear me say the phrase TREE MODE NOW, you will immediately return to this state, connected to the Earth and the Sun, feeling the energy flowing through you, blissfully at least twice as deep as ever before, only when it’s safe and appropriate for you to do so.

And when you are in this state, you can remain here for as long as you like, meditating peacefully.

Deep deep down inside.

Now, it’s time to install another trigger to bring you out again.

You remember what it’s like being human, and from now on the phrase TREE MODE OFF will cause you to immediately wake up from being a tree, locating yourself back inside your body, and coming all the way out of hypnosis, bringing with you any learnings and discoveries.

The phrase TREE MODE OFF will always automatically return you to your human body and mind, in exactly the right way that you return to normal bringing with you anything you’ve learned along the way.

Every time you hear the phrase TREE MODE OFF, you’ll find that your roots retract back into your body becoming legs, and those leaves blend right back in, turning into arms. 

Fully human in every way.

From now on, every time you hear me say the phrase TREE MODE NOW you will always immediately become that tree. Roots reaching deep into the molten core of the Earth. Leaves soaking up the brilliant sunlight.

Calm, peaceful and content.

The perfect place to meditate for as long as you like.

And from now on, the phrase TREE MODE OFF will always return you to your human body. Roots flowing back up into your legs, leaves and branches stretching back down into your arms.

Back to a normal human in every way.

Now, take a few moments to absorb all of that fully, knowing that the phrases TREE MODE NOW and TREE MODE OFF are forever a part of you now, and will always work whenever it is safe and appropriate for them to do so.

[Pause for a few seconds to give them time to absorb.]

And now, it’s time to return to your regular self so we can test.

Take a slow, deep breath.

Feel those roots retracting back to your legs.

Feel those leaves and branches reverting to arms.

Your essence drifting back to you’re in the room now.

On the count of three.

One. Feeling yourself starting to wake up, with the phrases TREE MODE NOW and TREE MODE OFF forever a part of you now.

Two. Stretching your arms and your legs. Feeling all those sensations starting to return to normal.

Three. Eyes open and wide awake, feeling fully refreshed like you’ve just had the best sleep ever, feeling good in every way.

Take a few moments, and let me know when you’re back.

[If they don’t seem to come out, repeat counting them up, or give them a bit more time. You can also use the phrase TREE MODE OFF to bring them out, although it’s best to give them the experience of coming up naturally first so they know what it’s like.]

Testing the tree hypno-transformation script

Once your tree hypno-transformation subject comes out of hypnosis, give them a few moments to reorient. While they do this, continue to make suggestions that they had an amazing time and that they are feeling great.

As a rule, anything positive you suggest while they are coming out will be deeply embedded in them. And that makes it easy to get people to volunteer again.

When it looks like they are properly back, remind them that they just had an amazing experience, then test the triggers right away. It looks something like this: Welcome back! It looks like you really enjoyed that. And it’s important that we finish off the process properly. Are you ready to become a tree again, only even more deeply than ever before? [Wait for them to say yes or nod or indicate agreement in some other way.] Okay great! TREE MODE NOW.

Then give your tree hypno-transformation subject a few instructions, telling them they can meditate, describing what it’s like being connected to the Sun, the Earth, and all of nature, and so on. If you’ve agreed they will stay there for some time, you can tell them that you will be silent now, and then wait for however long while they meditate. This could be anything from a few seconds to hours or even all day.

When I plan to leave someone in deep hypnosis like this for a long time, I usually tell them that they will come out of their own accord when they are ready and then leave them to it.

Don’t do that the very first time.

The first time you do it, it’s best to bring them back out after a few seconds since you want to test both triggers.

Finally, when it’s time to bring your tree hypno-transformation subject out, say something like: It looks like you’re having a wonderful time there, and it’s time to return to the waking world. And you can follow my voice all the way up as you return to your human body bringing anything important you’ve discovered with you. Allow your head to nod gently when you’re ready to return. [Wait for them to nod.] TREE MODE OFF.

If you’d like the triggers to persist over time, be sure to use them a few times to make sure they are properly set.

Next steps

This script uses a variant of a non-awareness induction to induce hypnosis.

Non-awareness inductions have several advantages, the biggest of which is that if your hypnosis subject is not a hypnotist, they will usually have no idea that it is the induction. This makes it almost impossible for them to resist, so long as they follow the instructions.

So how do you get them to follow instructions?

Usually it’s pretty easy.

But sometimes, a subject will come along who just doesn’t go along with things.

The easiest way to inoculate against this is to build an agreement frame before you even start hypnotizing them.
