One-on-one Help To Get You What You Want
This is my 11 week long coaching program, delivered through Zoom audio calls.
We’ll use coaching and hypnosis to guide you through the necessary changes to achieve your goals.
This is a dynamic program, which we’ll adapt to suit your needs, but it will probably include the following:
- Working out what you want.
- Building a map of where you’re at right now.
- Building a plan to get you there.
- Clearing out unconscious blocks that stand in your way.
- Building the necessary habits for success.
- Attaching positivity to your goals making it easier to attain them.
- The importance of failure and how to accept it as a positive thing.
- Why you should use a kludge in place of perfectionism.
- Overcoming fear and bypassing procrastination.
- Why your plan must be flexible and how to adapt as you work towards your goal.
Plus if you need extra help, you’ll receive a total of up to 2 hours of session time with me per week, including the primary sessions listed above. That’s up to 22 hours in session over the course of the program.
